Terence Rodia, who holds dual citizenship as half British Northerner and half Italian, moved to the UK on a fully funded scholarship to train in Musical Theatre. After enjoying a highly successful career spanning over 10 years, Terence launched YOU to support and guide talented, determined artists in achieving their dreams, just as he once did as a child.

His performing career includes “Wicked”, “We Will Rock You”, Sonny in “Grease”, Chino in “West Side Story” and Mike in “A Chorus Line”.  His creative endeavours include choreographing for AIDA Cruises, PGT Entertainment, Regent Seven Seas and Princess Cruises, as well as directing industry showcases for drama schools in London.

With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Terence began his career as a triple threat performer on stages worldwide. He then transitioned into roles such as Choreographer, Director, Casting Director, Producer, and Talent Agent, ultimately building and managing the visionary and thriving YOU brand.

In 2023, Terence was honored to be nominated for and win the Forty Under Forty Most Successful Entrepreneur in the UK award, recognizing his achievements with the YOU brand.

In 2024, Terence was nominated and a finalist for the Service Industries Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the London region at the prestigious Great British Entrepreneur Awards (GBEA). Known as the “Grammys of Entrepreneurship,” these awards celebrate the most dynamic and innovative businesses in the UK. Terence’s recognition among the finalists highlighted his exceptional leadership in the growth of YOU into a global talent agency.

Most recently Terence was asked to perform at the Shubert Theatre on Broadway for the 50th Anniversary Gala of “A Chorus Line”
