Waike worked in Film & TV for over 10 years before joining the YOU Management team. She
worked on productions such as “You can dance”, “Big Brother”, “Deutschlands Meisterkoch” and “The Voice of Germany”, especially in production management, casting and VIP & guest care.

Waike was also part of the casting team at AIDA Cruises in Hamburg for several years, before she took over the project management for the “AIDA Stars” format for a year and then went on board as Music Event Manager.

Until 2021 she worked at the Stage School in Hamburg, where she supported the talents of tomorrow on their way to the big stages.
