Simrita trained as an actress at The National Youth Theatre and Fourth Monkey Actor Training in 2019 where she learned the fundamental techniques and skills as a performer. She went onto sign as an actress herself where she worked on various TV/Film projects.
During her time as an actress, she went onto discovering her passion in casting and Talent management, where she gained a greater understanding for the industry and how it operates.
She worked alongside Jo Harris at Des Hamilton to cast various projects and shortly after moved into Talent management. Overtime, Simrita has built great connections within the industry from all angles.
