Connor has always been drawn to the arts, appearing in the Norwich Theatre Royal pantomime for four consecutive years between the ages of 10 and 14. He later graduated from the University of Chichester in 2019 with a BA (Hons) in Acting and was represented by Natasha at YOU Management from 2020 to 2024.

During his time with YOU, Connor built a varied career across film, opera, immersive theatre and more, before discovering a passion for the behind the scenes side of the industry. After leaving YOU, he gained experience interning at another leading company and also worked in casting for Qatar’s LEGO Shows Live.

Now, in a full circle moment, Connor is thrilled to return to the agency that helped shape his acting career, this time on the other side, supporting and nurturing emerging talent as he continues to build a fulfilling career within YOU Management.
