Caitlin has been passionate about the entertainment industry ever since her stage debut at age 12 in a small-town production of Camp Rock, a moment that sparked a lifelong love for the arts. After training as an actor, she went on to gain valuable experience both on and off stage, working as a Stage Manager, Assistant Director, and within a previous talent agency where her love for this area of the industry was ignited, watching a dedicated group of actors make strides in their career and grow as individuals and performers was her favorite part of the job.
