Kayleigh has just under 10 years in the creative industry, she has built a diverse and dynamic career that spans stage, television, immersive entertainment, corporate events, and the magical world of pantomime. Kayleigh prides herself on creating inspiring, engaging rehearsal environments that carry right through to opening night. Her personal mantra, “Let’s Make Magic,” reflects the energy and commitment she brings to every project—past, present, and future.
 
As a Director and Choreographer, Kayleigh has had the opportunity to work on high-profile international productions. Most recently, she directed and choreographed Lights, Camera, Action! and Celebration of Superheroes at Warner Bros World in Abu Dhabi, collaborating closely with Warner Brothers LA, RWS Global, and Miral. Another major highlight includes serving as Movement Coordinator and Choreographer for the ICC West Indies and U.S. World Cup Opening Ceremony in Dallas, Texas in May 2024. This large-scale production brought together a vibrant mix of colour guard performers, brass bands, percussionists, acrobats, and mascots—55 performers in total—to deliver an unforgettable Dance Corps International spectacle.
 
In the immersive entertainment sector, she has choreographed Bright Lights Society – NOIR, a murder mystery experience blending theatrical storytelling with cruise entertainment, developed through RWS Global. Kayleigh also contributed to Marella Cruises’ rock debut show Lost Icons as Choreographer and Movement Director in October 2023, followed by the Wave Awards in December 2024, which celebrated excellence in cruise entertainment. Her festive theatre work includes choreographing Beauty and the Beast at Lichfield Garrick Theatre during the 2023 holiday season, bringing joy to audiences at one of the UK’s leading independent theatres.
 
Earlier in her career, she assisted the renowned Alan Harding as Assistant Director for Circus Circus at Dubai’s Global Village in 2018—a breathtaking production blending circus artistry with Middle Eastern grandeur. Kayleigh also choreographed Rosie McClennan’s performance for CBBC’s Saturday Mash-Up in 2018, helping the rising star bring her single “HandStand” to life on screen.
 
In addition to leading roles, Kayleigh has supported many major productions as Assistant and Install Choreographer. In January 2023, she assisted Simon Barnum on ABBA – Thank You for the Music for the Butlins circuit. The collaboration continued into January 2024 for Festivals Rock, a high-energy show incorporating singers, dancers, bungee performers, inflatable props, and interactive staging. In December 2023, she again worked with Simon Barnum to install and assist with PlanB Productions’ corporate Christmas show, which featured dancers, aerialists, a cyr wheel act, and even an angle grinder artist—culminating in a packed and spectacular party.
 
Further contributions include installing choreography for beloved children’s shows such as PJ Masks, Octonauts, and Care Bears at Dubai’s Global Village in 2019, working alongside Director Ruth Trantor and Choreographer Charlotte Chapman to bring these beloved characters to life in a family-friendly setting
